There should be a button to find all open invoices and a trash can button next to the invoice statues. Additionally, when I type in a customer’s name there should be a pop-up window that tells me if they already have an open invoice. We have numerous duplicate invoices across devices every day, hundreds of invoices that are opened but not used and then need to be opened again in order to delete them, and customers who start an invoice during a class but then forget to pay and never do because we aren’t aware of their open invoice a week later when they return for the next class time. A message that pops up as soon as you enter the customer’s name saying they already have an open invoice would be a major help for us.
