We almost always have a Checker PO that we add to on a daily basis, until it’s of a sufficient size that we’re ready to send it through (may or may not be the $200 threshold they require… often we would rather just do one big order than a series of smaller $200 ones).
Currently the “New PO” button on the Product Card always creates a new PO, even if there is one already out there being built. Instead I want it to check the set of POs that are being built (for the product’s preferred supplier and in Processing status) and either automatically add to an existing one or ask me if I want to add to the existing one. And if none exist, then go ahead and create a new one.
