When you’re creating a new Quote/Order/Invoice and you search for a user, if none are found CheckIn should offer to create a new user for you instead of just telling you no results are found.
Extra points if it takes the input and puts it into a field based on what it looks like (IE search for a phone number, put input into phone field)
I was just going to suggest this.
When there is an event which has new and established customers and new employees, they create a new customer to save time in having to first look to see if someone is there. If they are not, they then go to create the customer and have to ask spelling of names over again in some cases.
Kudos if it would just ask if a new customer should be created and take the information already typed in the customer search field.
