It would be super helpful to be able to see current retail price and have the ability to change the pice from the PO / RO screens. Prices are forever increasing and I’m often missing retail price increases.
I agree. Would be a lot easier to see the existing retail price on the PO, perhaps next to the current quantity in stock.
My process: either at PO entry time or just before receiving, I go through the corresponding invoice to make sure the right costs are on the PO before anything is officially received in CheckIn (since that PO by default has “last cost” rather than what the current cost might be). When the new cost is higher, I have to click through to the product card for each one to confirm the price I’m charging still makes sense. We have lots of cost increases these days, but also I may have just bought it on sale last time so a higher cost this time won’t necessarily require a retail price increase. If you show the current retail price on the PO, you’ll save me having to click through for every single higher price.
My variation though: in addition to increasing the price, I’ll record the price increase in the Notes section (e.g, 7/21/25 - price increased from 13.99 to 14.29 - tariff). I imagine that could be auto-generated in some way though.
Also, if screen space is an issue, I’d be okay with some kind of mouse-over showing some product card info. Then I’d only have to click through if I see that updates are warranted.
