The PO screen currently shows in-stock quantity for the various items you’re ordering. To me, the business reason for showing a current stock quantity on a PO is to help us decide how much more to order, to supplement what’s currently available for sale in the shop.
The currently available amount is best represented by available quantity (not in stock quantity), because that takes into account any merchandise that’s been reserved via orders, and just hasn’t been picked up yet.
